William is an Executive Director in Investec’s UK M&A team advising companies across the Business Services and TMT sectors.

He has strong experience leading transactions across numerous sub-sectors and also leads Investec’s UK Education, Training, EdTech and Human Capital sector team.

He has more than 13 years’ M&A experience and has successfully completed over 35 transactions advising Founders, Private Equity and Public Companies.
