Investec’s Technology and PLC Advisory teams acted as financial adviser and broker to ActiveOps on its acquisition of US and Australian-based workforce optimisation software provider, Enlighten Group Pty Ltd.

About ActiveOps

ActiveOps is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence software which ensures operations leaders make better decisions, faster, and more efficiently. Its SaaS solutions identify capacity not being fully utilised and enable enterprises to adopt a data-driven, scientific approach to organising work and managing capacity. Its solutions empower businesses with innovative tools to improve customer experience, reduce backlogs/risk, increase operational efficiency and drive performance excellence.

It has over 180 employees, serving its global customer base of approximately 75 enterprise customers from offices in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, India and South Africa. ActiveOps’ customers are predominantly in the banking, insurance, business process outsourcing and healthcare sectors.
