Investec has advised the shareholders of Interoperability Group (Health-IT solutions) on the sale of 100% of their shares to RAM-IT.

About the deal

Interoperability Group has joined RAM-IT to accelerate its growth in the rapidly evolving healthcare market, while continuing to enhance and expand its core services and expertise.
