Investec acted as exclusive advisor to itesys on the acquisition of Hosting Solutions.

Hosting Solutions GmbH is a Karlsruhe-based specialist IT service provider focusing on SAP Basis operations, IT security and hosting in ISO 27001-certified German data centres. The company was founded in 2005 and has since expanded successfully, serving over 100 customers.

itesys is a highly specialised provider of SAP Basis project and operational services and has its own SAP Security Operations Centre. Itesys was founded in 2003 at its headquarters in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. Today, it operates internationally and has locations in Switzerland, Germany, Romania and New Zealand. Over 200 qualified employees support large and small companies from all industries in all matters relating to SAP operations and SAP technology.

Itesys pursues an ambitious growth strategy. The combination of experience, expertise, teams and software products strengthens the portfolio and market presence of the combined new entity throughout the DACH region.
