Investec Advisory has advised Sunelis’ founders on the sale to Ramery

About the deal

Founded in 2008 by a trio of entrepreneurs, Sunelis is a leading reference in the installation of photovoltaic equipment in France. The company specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-performance, sustainable solar and storage solutions for B2B buildings. For more than 4 years, it has experienced strong growth, reaching €35m in revenues, combined with the structuring of its organisation to ensure sustainable expansion while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Sunelis operates primarily in the Hauts-de-France region and serves a diversified, exclusively B2B client base (agricultural, private companies and public authorities). With 110 employees, 3 regional offices (Hauts-de-France, Normandy, and Grand-Est currently being deployed), and 1,700 solar plants installed, Sunelis combines proven expertise with end-to-end capabilities across the entire value chain: feasibility studies, design, installation, and preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

After supporting the company’s development since its creation, the founders decided to partner with a group capable of sustaining its future growth. The shareholders have therefore sold the majority stake of Sunelis to Ramery. This partnership opens new growth opportunities by pooling complementary expertise enabling Sunelis to deliver more ambitious projects and actively contribute to the energy transition.
