Nach einem MBO im Jahr 2005, einer Fusion mit einem Schweizer Partner in 2007 und einer 2009 abgeschlossenen Finanzierungstransaktion befindet sich die Syntesys Group im Eigentum von vier gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrenden Partnern und einem franz\u00f6sischen Private-Equity-Fonds (CM-CIC Capital Priv\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Dank der einzigartigen Positionierung von Syntesys in einem boomenden Nischenmarkt konnte Investec mehrere internationale strategische Partner aus Europa und den USA identifizieren, die starkes Interesse an einem Erwerb der Gruppe gezeigt haben.
