und elektrische Schwachstromleitungen sowie Ummantelungen aus PVC, Polyurethan, Polyethylen, Polyester, FEP, ETFE, raucharmen, halogenfreien Verbindungen und C1 her. \u00d6lfirmen, Telekommunikationsfirmen und gro\u00dfe Industrieunternehmen kennen und sch\u00e4tzen SIPD f\u00fcr die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der hergestellten Produkte.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 25 Jahren entwirft, produziert und vermarktet Industrifil Miniaturdr\u00e4hte und -kabel, die in verschiedenen Anwendungen wie Forschungslabors, Medizinelektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt usw. eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n<p>Investec unterst\u00fctzte die SIPD Group beim Akquisitionsprozess: Finanzanalyse, Vorverhandlungen, LOI-Entwurf und -Verhandlung, Bewertungs- und Strukturierungsrichtlinien, Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Durchf\u00fchrung bis zum Abschluss, Auswahl, Briefing und Management von DD-Anbietern, Verhandlung der endg\u00fcltigen rechtlichen Dokumentation, Durchf\u00fchrung der
