Im Zuge der Transaktion wurde eine Teilabschreibung von vorrangigen Schulden und Mezz inkl. Minderheitskapital durch 3i sowie Verl\u00e4ngerungen und \u00c4nderungen des Tilgungsplans und eine Nachordnung von Teilen der Schulden erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die richtige Anpassung der Bilanz an die Verschuldungskapazit\u00e4t des Unternehmens und die Anpassung der Zahlungen an die Kreditgeber an die Cashflows des Unternehmens wurde es dem Unternehmen erm\u00f6glicht, den Bau der Anlage, die heute erfolgreich in Betrieb ist, abzuschlie\u00dfen. Letztendlich verhandelte Investec schlie\u00dflich einen Schuldenr\u00fcckkauf f\u00fcr seinen Kunden Infraserv.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unsere Arbeit Investec fungierte
