Rainbow SAS wurde von Emmanuel Debru\u00e8res und Jean-Christophe Ch\u00e9tail gegr\u00fcndet, zwei Entrepreneure mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der Sportindustrie, u.a. in leitenden Funktionen bei Reebok, Billabong und Dakine.<\/p>\n<p>Die Transaktion kennzeichnet einen wesentlichen Baustein f\u00fcr Calida bei den Bem\u00fchungen nicht zum Kerngesch\u00e4ft geh\u00f6rende Aktivit\u00e4ten zu ver\u00e4u\u00dfern.<\/p>\n<p>Seit der Gr\u00fcndung 1985, gilt Oxbow als ikonische Marke. Dank eines authentischen, vom Surf-Lifestyle inspirierten Stils und einem dynamischen Sport- und Eventmarketing etablierte sich Oxbow als einer der Hauptakteure in der Textilindustrie f\u00fcr Surfbekleidung.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme von Oxbow stellt einen wichtigen Schritt in der k\u00fcnftigen Entwicklung der Marke dar.
