Mit dieser \u00dcbernahme hat die K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH ihr Angebot als Full-Service IT-Dienstleister rund um die Data-Center ihrer Kunden ausgebaut.<\/p>\n<p>Die K&amp;P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH ist ein 1985 gegr\u00fcndetes IT-Systemhaus mit Hauptsitz in Wiesbaden und f\u00fcnf Niederlassungen in Deutschland. In \u00d6sterreich werden Kunden aus der Zentrale in Wien und weiteren 3 Standorten betreut. Mit den drei Gesch\u00e4ftsfeldern IT-Wartung, IT-Projekte und Managed Services agiert das Unternehmen als branchen\u00fcbergreifender Full-Service-Dienstleister f\u00fcr mehr als 3.000 mittelst\u00e4ndische Kunden. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt derzeit \u00fcber 150 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n<p>Die 2004 gegr\u00fcndete <strong>BLUE Consult GmbH<\/strong> und die 2013 gegr\u00fcndete <strong>BLUE Smart Services GmbH<\/strong> sind etablierte IT-Beratungsunternehmen, die Cloud-L\u00f6sungen, SAP S\/4HANA, Digitalisierung und Infrastruktur f\u00fcr den gehobenen Mittelstand anbieten. Die BLUE Gruppe besch\u00e4ftigt rund 65 Mitarbeiter am Hauptsitz in Krefeld und in den Niederlassungen in K\u00f6ln und Hamburg.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der \u00dcbernahme der beiden Beratungsunternehmen bietet
