Die Gruppe ist mit 10 Tochtergesellschaften haupts\u00e4chlich im Westen Frankreichs ans\u00e4ssig, besch\u00e4ftigt rund 900 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschaftete 2020 einen Umsatz von 189 Mio. \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Gazarmor vertreibt Fl\u00fcssiggas &#8222;LPG&#8220; im Auftrag von Butagaz (dem f\u00fchrenden franz\u00f6sischen LPG-Anbieter) in 19 Niederlassungen in Frankreich. Vor der Transaktion war Gazarmor der letzte verbleibende unabh\u00e4ngige Anbieter.<\/p>\n<p>Die Butagaz-Gruppe &#8211; franz\u00f6sischer Marktf\u00fchrer im LPG-Bereich &#8211; erwarb 100 % der Anteile von Gazarmor.<\/p>\n<p>Butagaz ist ein Multi-Energie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen, ein wichtiger Akteur im Bereich Fl\u00fcssiggas (Propan und Butan) und ist seit fast 90 Jahren in Frankreich pr\u00e4sent. Butagaz erzielt einen Umsatz von mehr als einer Milliarde Euro und liefert Gas an fast 5 Millionen Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren hat Butagaz eine vertikale Integration vorgenommen und alle lokalen Vertriebsh\u00e4ndler \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n<p>Investec wurde beauftragt, Sofia, die Hauptaktion\u00e4rin von Gazarmor, w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses zu unterst\u00fctzen: Erstellung der Marketingunterlagen und der Finanzzahlen, aktive Unterst\u00fctzung bei den Verhandlungen mit Butagaz, Management des Due-Diligence-Prozesses sowie abschlie\u00dfende
