Die Gruppe ist \u00fcber zwei Tochtergesellschaften t\u00e4tig, SLOVEG (Elektroarbeiten f\u00fcr den Wohnungsbau) und COFIMA (Elektroarbeiten f\u00fcr den terti\u00e4ren Sektor: Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungsgeb\u00e4ude). Alleray erwirtschaftet einen Umsatz von 30 Millionen Euro und besch\u00e4ftigt fast 115 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Lericq, der seit 2014 Mehrheitsgesellschafter ist, und BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement beteiligen sich mit Unterst\u00fctzung von BNP Paribas (Arranger), Banque Populaire Rives de Paris (Co-Arranger) und LCL (Participant) sowie des Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrers Alex Gaye und der wichtigsten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte der Gruppe an dieser Transaktion, durch teilweise Auszahlungen sowie Reinvestitionen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Minderheits-LBO-Operation stellt den Beginn eines neuen Zyklus f\u00fcr die Gruppe dar (Fortsetzung der Wachstumsdynamik, Unterst\u00fctzung des externen Wachstums und Verbesserung der operativen Effizienz), dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer (Alex Gaye) die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, seinen Anteil am Kapital der Gruppe deutlich zu erh\u00f6hen und schlie\u00dflich den wichtigsten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften die M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten, sich an der
