Die Plattform ist in der Lage, die \u00dcbergabedaten von Fertigfahrzeugen in der Logistikkette von der Fabrik bis zum Einzelh\u00e4ndler zu erfassen und die f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den haftenden Parteien zu identifizieren. UCM Global wendet sich an Automobilhersteller auf der ganzen Welt und bearbeitet mehr als 60.000 Schadensf\u00e4lle pro Jahr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-unsere-arbeit\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec hat Bureau Veritas w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses unterst\u00fctzt: bei der Gestaltung der Transaktionstaktik, bei der Verhandlungsphase mit dem Managementteam und bei der Ausgliederung des Gesch\u00e4fts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Transaktion veranschaulicht das Know-how von Investec bei der Unterst\u00fctzung gro\u00dfer Unternehmen bei der Ausgliederung und dem Ausstieg aus Nicht-Kerngesch\u00e4ften.
