Ziel dieses Schrittes ist es, zwei sich erg\u00e4nzende internationale Akteure mit starken Marken zusammenzubringen, die auf ihren jeweiligen M\u00e4rkten f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Produkte und Dienstleistungen anerkannt sind und deren Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr die Produktionslinien der meisten Branchen von entscheidender Bedeutung und f\u00fcr die Sicherheit unerl\u00e4sslich
