Die Marke etablierte sich zun\u00e4chst in der Region Hauts-de-France, bevor sie landesweit expandierte. Sie bietet ein unverwechselbares Erlebnis: warme und einladende R\u00e4ume, die Restaurants, Teestuben und hochwertige Produkte kombinieren, darunter hausgemachte Backwaren, die in zwei eigenen Werkst\u00e4tten hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gruppe hat in den letzten vier Jahren ein starkes Wachstum erlebt: Die Zahl der B\u00e4ckereien hat sich verf\u00fcnffacht (von 16 auf 80) und der Umsatz ist von 14 Millionen Euro auf 70 Millionen Euro gestiegen. Es wird erwartet, dass die Gruppe bis Ende 2025 den Meilenstein von 100 B\u00e4ckereien \u00fcberschreiten wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den ehrgeizigen Entwicklungsplan des Managements zu unterst\u00fctzen, begr\u00fc\u00dft die Gruppe neben FrenchFood Capital auch Cerea Partners als Hauptaktion\u00e4r. Sofiprot\u00e9ol, Epop\u00e9e Gestion, IRD, NextStage und Finorpa beteiligen sich ebenfalls an dieser Investition, um die schnelle Expansion des Netzwerks zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gleichzeitig wurde eine neue, von Apera Asset Management und Amundi bereitgestellte Unitranche-Finanzierungsstruktur eingef\u00fchrt, die die Laufzeit verl\u00e4ngert und die Kapazit\u00e4t zur Finanzierung der Investitionen sichert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec unterst\u00fctzte die Anteilseigner von Sophie LEBREUILLY w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Projekts: Strukturierung der Transaktion, Festlegung des taktischen Ansatzes f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung des Vorhabens, Erstellung der Marketingdokumentation, Modellierung des Gesch\u00e4ftsplans, Koordinierung und \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der VDD-Arbeiten, Leitung des Due-Diligence-Prozesses, aktive Unterst\u00fctzung bei den Verhandlungen mit potenziellen
