Die Gruppe ist auf die Optimierung von R\u00fcckversicherungsgesch\u00e4ften und die Einhaltung von Solvency II-Vorschriftenspezialisiert. Mit Standorten in Frankreich und den USA sowie ein weltweites Partnernetz betreut Effisoft 300 Kunden in mehr als 20 L\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Prima Solutions ist mit seiner innovativen Prima Insure\u2122 Plattform bei Schaden-, Unfall-, sowie Lebens- und Krankenversicherern positioniert.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den Zusammenschluss von Effisoft und Prima Solutions entsteht einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften und breit aufgestellten Anbieter in Europa, Nordamerika und dem asiatisch-pazifischen Raum f\u00fcr Cloud-basierte L\u00f6sungen, die alle Bereiche des Versicherungsmarktes abdecken. Die konsolidierte Gruppe besch\u00e4ftigt derzeit mehr als 300 Mitarbeiter, die \u00fcber 300 Kunden auf 5 Kontinenten betreuen und einen Umsatz von ca. 50 Millionen Euro erzielen.
