Transaktion, die von Investec f\u00fcr die Avril Group betreut wird. Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, seit 2011 mit der Avril Group zusammenarbeiten zu d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcber den Deal<\/h2>\n<p>Sopral ist ein franz\u00f6sisches Unternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung und den Verkauf von hochwertigen Ern\u00e4hrungsprodukten f\u00fcr Hunde, Katzen und Pferde spezialisiert hat. Die Premium-Marken von Sopral (Dynavena, Pro-Nutrition, Flatazor) sind im Fachhandel erh\u00e4ltlich. Das 1957 gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen (seit 2010 eine Tochtergesellschaft der Avril Group) betreibt zwei Produktionsanlagen in Frankreich, vertreibt seine Produkte in 50 L\u00e4ndern, besch\u00e4ftigt mehr als 100 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschaftet einen j\u00e4hrlichen Umsatz von ca. 40 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dieser \u00dcbernahme wird Parquest Capital neben dem derzeitigen Management zum Mehrheitseigner von Sopral. \u00dcber ihre Finanz- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft Sofiproteol wird die Avril Group zusammen mit Idia Capital, Agro Invest und Unexo zum Minderheitsaktion\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir suchten einen spezialisierten Partner, der in der Lage ist, die Pl\u00e4ne von Sopral f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung zu unterst\u00fctzen und mit dem Management und Sofiprot\u00e9ol zusammenzuarbeiten.
