Wir begleiteten die Deutsche Post w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses inkl. Koordination und Kommunikationsunterst\u00fctzung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus identifizierten und analysierten wir die spezifischen strategischen Synergien f\u00fcr jeden potenziellen Partner, um den \u201erichtigen\u201c Eigent\u00fcmer f\u00fcr AYNF zu finden und unterst\u00fctzten die Verhandlungen bis zur Unterzeichnung.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcber den Deal<\/h2>\n<p>Allyouneed Fresh betreibt einen Online-Supermarkt und wurde 2011 in Berlin gegr\u00fcndet. Mit mehr als 22.000 vorr\u00e4tigen Produkten auf Lager und einem Umsatz von ca. 30 Mio. \u20ac (2017) geh\u00f6rt das Unternehmen zu den Top-5-Online-Lebensmittelh\u00e4ndlern in Deutschland. Die Deutsche Post AG plante AYNF entweder zu ver\u00e4u\u00dfern oder eine strategische Partnerschaft mit einem Handels- und\/oder Finanzinvestor einzugehen. Am Ende ging die Delticom AG als erfolgreicher Bieter aus diesem kompetitiven Verfahren hervor. Die Delticom AG ist ein bedeutender Player im deutschen Online-Lebensmittelmarkt und deckt mit ihren erfolgreichen Plattformen Gourmondo.de und Lebensmittel.de mehrere Kan\u00e4le ab.
