Tersus, die etwa 180 Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigt, hat seinen Hauptsitz in Rainham, Essex und operiert landesweit von acht Standorten aus. Jeder dieser Standorte verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein eigenes Labor.<\/p>\n<p>Marlowe plc ist ein am AIM notiertes Unternehmen, das gegr\u00fcndet wurde, um durch den Erwerb und die Entwicklung von Unternehmen, die in Gro\u00dfbritannien kritische Test- und Wartungsdienste anbieten, nachhaltigen Wert f\u00fcr die Aktion\u00e4re zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme von Tersus wird es Marlowe erm\u00f6glichen, die Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Risikomanagement-Dienstleistungen, die es seinen Kunden anbietet, zu erweitern und von der Erg\u00e4nzung der von Marlowe in den Bereichen
