Im Rahmen des NCLT-Verfahrens erwarb die Welspun-Gruppe Sintex-BAPL. Die \u00dcbernahme wurde durch das Konsortium aus Propel Plastic Products Private Limited, einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft von Welspun Corp Limited (\u201eWCL\u201c), und Plastauto Private Limited, einem verbundenen Unternehmen von WCL, abgeschlossen. Nach Abschluss der Transaktion werden die beiden nicht b\u00f6rsennotierten Welspun-Unternehmen mit Sintex-BAPL fusioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcber Sintex-BAPL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sintex-BAPL verwendet Kunststoff als Medium, um innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Baumaterialprodukte (Wassertanks, Innenausstattungen und Produkte f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen), Kunststoffformteile f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie und Kraftstofftanks anzubieten. Das Unternehmen hat einen Prozess zur Integration von Design, Konstruktion und Fertigung entwickelt, durch den das auf verschiedenen Plattformen erworbene Wissen an allen Fertigungsstandorten eingesetzt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme steht im Einklang mit der strategischen Roadmap von Welspun, das Gesch\u00e4ft auf die Baustoffindustrie auszuweiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec marketed the opportunity to numerous PE funds and handheld the company through the entire restructuring and resolution process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transaction marks Investec\u2019s second transaction with the Sintex Group. Investec had earlier advised Sintex on its divestment of Sintex NP (france based subsidiary) to a consortium of investors led by Siparex in
