Sie bieten ebenfalls Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr Br\u00fccken, D\u00e4mme und Eisenbahnen an. Die Gruppe wurde 1997 von Idriss Benslimane gegr\u00fcndet und st\u00fctzt sich heute auf mehr als 100 Ingenieure und Techniker in Paris und Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>GSRI leitet diese neue MBO-Transaktion mit Pragma Capital ein, die durch den Deal eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung \u00fcbernimmt &#8211; das Unternehmen befand sich in der Vergangenheit im Besitz des Managements und von BPI France. GSRI plant, sein Wachstum sowohl in Frankreich als auch auf internationaler Ebene zu beschleunigen, indem es sein technologisches Angebot verst\u00e4rkt und Akquisitionen nutzt, um sich in neuen Regionen zu etablieren.
