Des Weiteren unterst\u00fctze Investec u.a. mit Beratung bei der Bewertung, Durchf\u00fchrung der Due-Diligence, Verhandlung der Deal Bedingungen, und bei der Vorbereitung des Carve-outs.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcber den Deal<\/h2>\n<p>Der ver\u00e4u\u00dferte Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich, der einen Umsatz von ca. 90 Millionen Euro erwirtschaftet, umfasst 90 in Frankreich gelegene Gartencenter von Gamm vert, eine Logistikplattform sowie die Immobilien von 69 der abgetretenen Gartencenter. Marne &amp; Finance, ein Immobilienfonds, hat in Zusammenarbeit mit InVivo Retail den Erwerb von 43 der 69 verkauften Objekte finanziert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unsere
