Die Transaktion umfasst eine vollst\u00e4ndige Sekund\u00e4rver\u00e4u\u00dferung durch einen bestehenden PE-Investor, BanyanTree Growth Capital, sowie eine Prim\u00e4rkapitalerh\u00f6hung durch das Unternehmen f\u00fcr Wachstumsinitiativen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcber Safex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safex Chemicals wurde 1991 von dem verstorbenen SK Jindal und SK Chaudhary gegr\u00fcndet und geh\u00f6rt zu den am schnellsten wachsenden Agrochemieunternehmen in Indien mit einer durchschnittlichen j\u00e4hrlichen Wachstumsrate von ca. 26 % in den letzten vier Jahren und einem Umsatz von ca. 90 Millionen US-Dollar im laufenden Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr. Das Unternehmen hat in 9 der letzten 10 Jahre die Branche kontinuierlich \u00fcbertroffen (Safex verzeichnet seit 2010 ein 40-faches Wachstum und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Netzwerk von mehr als 15.000 Vertriebspartnern in ganz Indien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsere Arbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec nutzte seine Kenntnisse des Agrochemiesektors und des indischen Marktes, um die Anlage angemessen zu positionieren. Die Transaktion wurde auf dem H\u00f6hepunkt der COVID-Pandemie durchgef\u00fchrt.<br>Wir stellten eine reibungslose Koordination zwischen den verschiedenen Beteiligten und den Due-Diligence-Beratern
