Investec fungierte als exklusiver Finanzberater f\u00fcr SkyGate Hospitality Private Limited (Biryani By Kilo), Indiens f\u00fchrende Marke f\u00fcr die Lieferung von Biryani aus Cloud-K\u00fcchen, bei ihrer Serie-B-Finanzierungsrunde in H\u00f6he von 35 Millionen US-Dollar unter der F\u00fchrung von Alphawave und unter Beteiligung bestehender Investoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dank seiner fundierten Kenntnisse der Gastronomiebranche konnte Investec vorausschauend handeln und ein g\u00fcnstiges Ergebnis f\u00fcr BBK aushandeln. Dabei nutzte das Unternehmen sein umfangreiches Investorennetzwerk, um Kapital zu beschaffen und das Unternehmen w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses optimal zu positionieren. Investec spielte eine entscheidende Rolle beim Aufbau einer Grundlage f\u00fcr eine langfristige Partnerschaft, indem es die Interessen der Gr\u00fcnder und neuen Investoren ausbalancierte und die Transaktion erfolgreich abschloss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcber Biryani By Kilo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

BBK wurde 2015 in Gurgaon gegr\u00fcndet und ist Indiens f\u00fchrende Marke f\u00fcr Biryani mit Cloud-K\u00fcche und Lieferservice. Mit \u00fcber 60 Filialen in 25 St\u00e4dten und einem Jahresumsatz von 20 Millionen US-Dollar liefert die Lieferkette t\u00e4glich 100 frisch zubereitete Biryanis, Kebabs, Kormas und Desserts an \u00fcber 2 Millionen Kunden. BBK verwendet f\u00fcr seine Biryanis und Kebabs nur die besten Zutaten: zwei Jahre lang nat\u00fcrlich gereiften Premium-Basmatireis, handverlesene Gew\u00fcrze aus Kerala und streng ausgew\u00e4hlte Fleischsorten und Gem\u00fcse. BBK setzt weltweit f\u00fchrende Technologien und Prozesssysteme ein, um seinen Kunden Produkte von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t mit standardisierter Hygiene und Komfort zu bieten. Das Unternehmen hat 2019 eine Serie-A-Finanzierung von IvyCap Ventures erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
