Unsere Erfahrung in der Unterst\u00fctzung gro\u00dfer Unternehmen bei der Ausgliederung von Nicht-Kerngesch\u00e4ften (insbesondere durch Asset Deals) in Verbindung mit unserem gesch\u00e4ftsorientierten M&amp;A-Ansatz und unserer Kultur der besonderen Leistungsbereitschaft waren dann entscheidend, um die Transaktion mit dem besten Kandidaten ma\u00dfzuschneidern und
