Das Unternehmen ist der f\u00fchrende franz\u00f6sische Anbieter von intelligenten Roboterl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr industrielle Anwendungen. Strategisch positioniert in widerstandsf\u00e4higen und schnell wachsenden Branchen (Pharma, Lebensmittel, Kosmetik, Luxusg\u00fcter, Logistik, Abfallwirtschaft, Energie, Kernenergie usw.), automatisieren die L\u00f6sungen von Sil\u00e9ane Aufgaben in zuf\u00e4lligen und unvorhersehbaren Umgebungen. Die Technologien des Unternehmens kommen in Nischenanwendungen wie Spezialprozessen und -verpackungen, Montage und Inspektion sowie der Stilllegung von Kernkraftwerken zum Einsatz. Mit einer auf Innovation ausgerichteten Strategie st\u00fctzt sich Sil\u00e9ane auf sein einzigartiges technologisches Know-how (Bildverarbeitung, Software, KI) und investiert kontinuierlich in Forschung und Entwicklung, wobei j\u00e4hrlich rund 10 % des Umsatzes in diesen Bereich flie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gruppe verzeichnet ein starkes Wachstum und steigerte ihren Umsatz von 10 Millionen Euro auf \u00fcber 35 Millionen Euro im Jahr 2024. Durch die erfolgreiche Er\u00f6ffnung von drei Standorten in Toulouse, Rennes und Rouen sowie die Integration von vier strategischen Akquisitionen seit 2020 hat sie ihre Pr\u00e4senz in Frankreich gest\u00e4rkt. Diese Akquisitionen haben es der Gruppe erm\u00f6glicht, neue M\u00e4rkte zu erschlie\u00dfen, ihr technisches Know-how zu erweitern und zu verbessern sowie ihre geografische Pr\u00e4senz in Frankreich zu verst\u00e4rken, um wichtige Industriezentren vor Ort zu bedienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei Jahre nachdem Siparex, Garibaldi und EIC Minderheitsaktion\u00e4re wurden, erwirbt Motion Equity Partners eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an Sil\u00e9ane. Mit der Unterst\u00fctzung seines neuen Aktion\u00e4rs will der Konzern seine externe Wachstumsstrategie beschleunigen, um seine geografische Pr\u00e4senz sowohl in Frankreich als auch international
