Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit der Verpackung, Mischung und dem Vertrieb von Pflanzen- und Spezial\u00f6len, die vorwiegend an die Lebensmittel-, K\u00f6rperpflege- und die technische Industrie in Gro\u00dfbritannien und international vertrieben werden (\u00fcber 400 Kunden). Die Gruppe besch\u00e4ftigt \u00fcber 110 Mitarbeiter und operiert von Northallerton (Hauptsitz) sowie dem Hafen von Goole aus.<\/p>\n<p>Durch diese Transaktion erh\u00e4lt Avril P\u00f4le Vegetal eine britische Plattform und sichert sich einen der wichtigsten Kunden von Saipol (Saipol ist Teil der \u00d6lsaatenabteilung von Avril und besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit der Herstellung und Vermarktung
