Mit knapp 2900 Deals stieg die Anzahl der Transaktionen im Vorjahresvergleich um 14%. Der L\u00f6wenanteil des Zuwachses wurde mit mehr als 80% in der Region Asien\/ Pazifik erzielt.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Abstand f\u00fchrt die chinesische Huaneng-Gruppe die Liste der aktivsten Investoren nach Anzahl der Transaktionen an. Erworben werden Erzeugungsanlagen auf Basis Erneuerbarer Energien. Mit 22 Eintr\u00e4gen liegt sie in den Top Ten weit vor den weiteren im einstelligen Bereich rangierenden Unternehmen, unter denen sich mehrere kanadische und europ\u00e4ische K\u00e4ufer befinden. Abgesehen von der Brookfield-Gruppe geh\u00f6rt keiner der letztj\u00e4hrig gelisteten Investoren der Spitzengruppe an.<\/p>\n<p>Weltweit fanden die meisten Deals im Segment Independent Power and Renewable Electricity Producers statt, und diese vorwiegend in Europa. Beide L\u00e4nder zusammen stehen f\u00fcr knapp 30% der gut 900 Deals sortiert nach Sitz der Zielgesellschaft. Ein Plus von 4 Prozentpunkten im Vergleich zu 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ferner gab es auch Transaktionen namhafter Marktteilnehmer wie z.B.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erwerb von 98,15% der Anteile an der Gas-Union GmbH von sieben, \u00fcberwiegend kommunalen Versorgungsgesellschaften, durch die VNG AG<\/li>\n<li>Fusion der Dresdner Versorger Drewag und Enso zur SachsenEnergie, dem nun viertgr\u00f6\u00dften Kommunalversorger Deutschlands<\/li>\n<li>Erwerb von 45,1% der Aktien an der MVV Energie AG von EnBW und Rheinenergie, sowie weiterer 0,7% im Zuge eines \u00f6ffentlichen \u00dcbernahmeangebotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Martin Hallinger, Senior Advisor, Investec: \u201e<em>Nach wie vor sind Anlagen zur Energieerzeugung aus Erneuerbaren Energiequellen Gegenstand eines Gro\u00dfteils der Transaktionen. Das wird sich im Zuge der notwendigen Transformation hin zu einer klimaschonenden Energiewirtschaft auch weiterhin fortsetzen. Beg\u00fcnstigend wirken hier die im Vergleich zu anderen Technologien sinkenden Erzeugungskosten.
