Plus que jamais, le consommateur est roi et les marques cherchent de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de le fid\u00e9liser, en d\u00e9veloppant des strat\u00e9gies omnicanales toujours plus attractives et innovantes.<br \/>\nSur le march\u00e9 du M&amp;A, les op\u00e9rations se poursuivent. Les acqu\u00e9reurs en profitent pour \u00e9largir leurs portefeuilles de produits (synergies de co\u00fbts et de distribution) et pour \u00e9tendre leur empreinte g\u00e9ographique.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le march\u00e9 des articles de sport \u00e9tait \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 471 mds$ en 2018 et devrait atteindre 627 mds$ en 2023, avec 7% de CAGR2017-2023.<\/li>\n<li>La croissance varie d\u2019un segment \u00e0 l\u2019autre. En 2018, c\u2019est le basketball qui affichait la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (+11%), suivi par le running (+7%), le football (+7%), et le cyclisme (+6%). En termes de volume, c\u2019est le cycle qui remporte la mise avec 62 mds$, puis le sportswear (49 mds$), la randonn\u00e9e (39 mds$) et le running (33 mds$).<\/li>\n<li>Le march\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019excellents fondamentaux industriels, mais le positionnement produit reste essentiel. La croissance des gammes f\u00e9minines, l\u2019outdoor, la personnalisation, l\u2019\u00e9co-r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement et les canaux de distribution directs sont les strat\u00e9gies privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Les grandes marques mondiales et les fonds d\u2019investissement sont tr\u00e8s actifs. La plupart des op\u00e9rations sont recens\u00e9es en Europe (env. 50 % du total des op\u00e9rations), o\u00f9 la consolidation s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re. Les acquisitions transfrontali\u00e8res sont en hausse, les marques cherchant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre leur client\u00e8le internationale.<\/li>\n<li>Certaines transactions ont fait la une en 2019, comme l\u2019acquisition du g\u00e9ant finlandais de l\u2019\u00e9quipement sportif Amer Sports (CA 3,2 mds$) par le leader chinois Anta Sports (CA 3,6 mds$) &#8211; qui \u00e9tend la port\u00e9e internationale d\u2019Anta et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie de croissance pour compl\u00e9ter le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur chinois.<\/li>\n<li>Les multiples de valorisation moyens sont de 14,8x EBITDA en 2019 pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es.
