Het bedrijf bedient een breed spectrum van verschillende klanten met standaardoplossingen die geschikt zijn voor het MKB.<\/p>\n<p>Nedvest Capital is een Nederlands private-equitybedrijf in het middensegment van de markt met een focus op technologie, zakelijke dienstverlening en industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Na de transactie zal het management van Digihero actief blijven binnen Techone en zich richten op het verbreden van de dienstverlening door middel van zowel organische als buy-and-build strategie.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur bij de verkoop aan Techone<\/h2>\n<p>Investec heeft Digihero als exclusieve adviseur actief ondersteund bij het gehele proces van de verkoop: voorbereiding van marketingmateriaal, screening en selectie van de relevante strategische en financi\u00eble kopers door middel van een competitief proces, beheer van de due diligence en onderhandeling over de voorwaarden van de deal plus de uiteindelijke afronding van de
