{"id":29036,"date":"2021-11-19T08:28:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T07:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.capitalmind.com\/deals\/prive-plaatsing-voor-deutsche-industrie-reit-ag\/"},"modified":"2022-02-15T12:59:53","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T11:59:53","slug":"prive-plaatsing-voor-deutsche-industrie-reit-ag","status":"publish","type":"deals","link":"https:\/\/working.capitalmind.com\/nl\/deals\/prive-plaatsing-voor-deutsche-industrie-reit-ag\/","title":{"rendered":"Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG &#8211; Uitgifte onderhandse aandelen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Over\u00a0 de uitgifte van onderhandse aandelen voor Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG<\/h2>\n<p>Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG, opgericht in 2014 en beheerd als REIT sinds 2018, investeert voornamelijk in licht industrieel vastgoed (bijv. industrieterreinen, logistieke centra, productiefaciliteiten, enz.) met goede infrastructuurverbindingen en een regionale focus.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van de onderneming is een gestage en duurzame winstgroei te genereren en de risico&#8217;s te diversifi\u00ebren door verdere acquisities en strategisch asset- en propertybeheer.<\/p>\n<p>De REIT is sinds december 2017 genoteerd aan de Beurs van Berlijn.<\/p>\n<p>Per september 2021 omvat de vastgoedportefeuille 89 panden met een commerci\u00eble oppervlakte van 1,58 miljoen m\u00b2 en een portefeuillewaarde van 789 miljoen EUR.<\/p>\n<p>De instroom van middelen zal worden gebruikt voor algemene bedrijfsdoeleinden en om de groei te versnellen.<\/p>\n<p>Investec ondersteunde het management gedurende het hele transactieproces en zorgde voor een tijdbesparend proces.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur<\/h2>\n<p>Investec adviseerde de directie van de onderneming bij het structureren van de financiering, identificeerde potenti\u00eble financieringspartners en co\u00f6rdineerde het gehele financieringsproces. Daarnaast hebben we Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG actief ondersteund bij het opstellen van de benodigde documenten.
