Het bedrijf exploiteert c. 350 online winkels en online distributieplatforms in 73 landen, die meer dan 16 miljoen klanten bedienen. Het productportfolio voor particuliere en zakelijke klanten omvat een scala van c. 600 merken en meer dan 40.000 bandenmodellen voor auto&#8217;s en motorfietsen.<\/p>\n<p>Investec werd aangesteld als exclusieve adviseur om Delticom AG te assisteren in haar transitieproces en focus op de Europese online business met banden en complete wielen.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur<\/h2>\n<p>Investec heeft de Raad van Bestuur van Delticom AG gedurende het hele proces bijgestaan, onder meer met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluatie van de verkoop van bedrijfsonderdelen zoals auto-onderdelen;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluatie van de inkoop van extra eigen en vreemd vermogen;<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoek van een mogelijke gedeeltelijke of volledige overname van Delticom AG door een investeerder;<\/li>\n<li>Gerichte internationale aanpak van potentieel ge\u00efnteresseerde partijen en afhandeling van het onderhandelingsproces;<\/li>\n<li>Presentaties van lopende onderhandelingsresultaten aan de financieringsbanken en kredietverzekeraars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8220;J\u00fcrgen en zijn team hebben ons succesvol afgeronde herstructureringsproces vanaf het begin in augustus 2019 tot medio 2021 begeleid en ons perfect voorbereid op de uitdagingen.
