Meotec is een snelgroeiende speler die groeit door overnames van complementaire spelers, het aanbieden van nieuwe diensten, geografische expansies of complementaire business modellen.<\/p>\n<p>Ayming is een Franse groep gespecialiseerd in adviesdiensten voor het terugvorderen van belasting- en R&amp;D-belastingkredieten. Ayming is met 1300 medewerkers in 15 landen in Europa, Noord-Amerika en Azi\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Cristal D\u00e9cisions omvat de Franse activiteiten van Ayming die zich toeleggen op inkoop en adviesdiensten voor de supply chain. De kernactiviteit van Cristal Decisions is het produceren van besparingen voor haar klanten en wordt gecompenseerd op basis van prestaties via succesvergoedingen<\/p>\n<p>Door de krachten te bundelen zullen Meotec en Cristal Decisions sterke commerci\u00eble synergi\u00ebn genereren en de groei versnellen. Cristal zal haar expertise op het gebied van nieuwe inkoopcategorie\u00ebn, met name onroerend goed en energiebesparing, en een nieuw bedrijfsmodel op basis van prestatievergoedingen ter beschikking stellen, terwijl Meotec toegang zal verlenen tot haar grote klantenportefeuille en tot de internationale kantoren om Cristal D\u00e9cisions een boost te geven.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze rol als M&amp;A aviseur<\/h2>\n<p>Investec heeft Meotec geadviseerd bij het structureren van de deal en de onderhandelingen met Ayming, terwijl het de besprekingen met de belangrijkste managers van Cristal
