De strategische herori\u00ebntatie van de Groep rond de Drones &amp; Systems-activiteiten, die in 2018 werd ge\u00efnitieerd, werd ge\u00efmplementeerd via verschillende belangrijke fasen: de desinvestering van enkele dochterondernemingen in sterk cyclische sectoren (auto-industrie, olie &amp; gas), de verdeling van de aandelen van Prodways Group (3D-printing), de versterking van ECA Group en meer recent de overname van iXblue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exail Technologies heeft zijn strategische herori\u00ebntatie afgerond met de desinvestering van de EPS divisie, die drie activiteiten omvat: veiligheidsdeuren voor kerncentrales (Baumert dochteronderneming), brandbeveiliging (Vigians Protection Incendie dochteronderneming), en engineering en technologie consulting (Seres Technologies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-onze-rol-als-m-a-adviseur\">Onze rol als M&amp;A Adviseur <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec adviseerde Gorg\u00e9 SAS (meerderheidsaandeelhouder van Exail Technologies) bij het ontwerpen en structureren van een op maat gemaakte transactie. Investec heeft ook het managementpakket onderhandeld en gestructureerd, advocaten begeleid bij het opstellen van juridische contracten (SPA, aandeelhoudersovereenkomst, etc.) en Gorg\u00e9 SAS ondersteund bij het aantrekken van senior debt voor deze deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit zijn onze 16e en 17e transactie namens de familie Gorg\u00e9, die Investec sinds 2006
