MLD zal naar verwachting een omzet genereren van ongeveer \u20ac50 miljoen in boekjaar 2024 en heeft ongeveer 300 medewerkers in dienst, waaronder 13 pathologen. Het bedrijf heeft een zeer effici\u00ebnte hub-and-spoke infrastructuur rond zijn 24\/7 centraal laboratorium in D\u00fcsseldorf en verschillende filialen en ziekenhuislocaties in de stadsregio D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonic Healthcare Limited (Sonic) heeft een bindende overeenkomst getekend voor de overname van 100% van de aandelen in MLD &#8211; Medizinische Laboratorien D\u00fcsseldorf GbR en GMD &#8211; Gesellschaft f\u00fcr medizinische Dienstleistungen mbH. De transactie is onderhevig aan de gebruikelijke voorwaarden, waaronder goedkeuring van medische regelgevende instanties, en zal naar verwachting plaatsvinden voor het einde van het kalenderjaar 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het laboratorium is opgericht in 1968 en wordt vandaag de dag geleid door drie pathologische partners en hun team. Alle partners en het senior team van MLD zullen na de transactie bij Sonic blijven en nauw samenwerken met Sonic&#8217;s federatie van laboratoria in Duitsland. De laboratoria van MLD bestrijken alle relevante specialistische disciplines binnen de laboratoriumgeneeskunde, met een bijzonder sterke focus op dienstverlening aan ziekenhuizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medizinische Laboratorien D\u00fcsseldorf GbR is een full-service medisch laboratorium gevestigd in D\u00fcsseldorf, Duitsland.
