De kapitaalinjectie werd geleid door Investec India en Axis Capital Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec trad op als exclusief financieel adviseur van Sanjaya Mariwala, promotor van OmniActive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over OmniActive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OmniActive is opgericht in 2005 en streeft ernaar levens te verbeteren door voeding en welzijn te verbeteren met behulp van wetenschap en innovatie. Als leider in gezondheidsoplossingen biedt het bedrijf een assortiment hoogwaardige natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten die innovatief en wetenschappelijk gevalideerd zijn voor voedingssupplementen en voedingsverrijking. OmniActive werkt samen met toonaangevende voedingsmerken en fabrikanten over de hele wereld om de gezondheid en het welzijn van consumenten te verbeteren door middel van een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het bedrijf heeft R&amp;D- en productiefaciliteiten in Pune, Hosur en Thane in India en verkoop- en distributiefaciliteiten in de VS, Europa, India, Azi\u00eb, Australi\u00eb en Latijns-Amerika. TA Associates, een toonaangevende wereldwijde participatiemaatschappij, verwierf in januari 2021 een aanzienlijk belang in het bedrijf.
