Dit is de grootste uitgaande agrochemische CDMO-transactie. Briar is de eerste overzeese acquisitie van Safex en de derde acquisitie in de afgelopen 18 maanden. Met de overname van Briar is Safex een van de grootste ge\u00efntegreerde spelers in de agrochemische industrie in India, met activiteiten op het gebied van tussenproducten, technische producten, gepatenteerde CDMO&#8217;s en B2C-formuleringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec trad op als exclusief financieel adviseur van Safex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over Safex<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Safex Chemicals, opgericht in 1991, is een toonaangevende pan-Indiase speler die zich bezighoudt met de productie en verkoop van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen in heel India. Safex Chemicals is een van de snelst groeiende agrochemische bedrijven in India met een omzet CAGR van meer dan 25% over de afgelopen 5 jaar. Safex heeft zes productiefaciliteiten verspreid over heel India. Safex wordt gesteund door ChrysCapital, een van de grootste participatiemaatschappijen in India, die een aanzienlijk minderheidsbelang in het bedrijf
