De zeer complementaire bedrijfscombinatie versnelt de internationale expansie van de gecombineerde groep<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investec trad op als exclusief financieel adviseur van mind venture AG bij de verkoop van TECOSIM Group aan het wereldwijde engineering- en R&D-bedrijf Hinduja Tech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Door de krachten te bundelen met Hinduja Tech, Hinduja Group’s op mobiliteit gerichte wereldwijde ingenieurs- en R&D-dienstenbedrijf, versterkt TECOSIM zijn internationale aanwezigheid, vooral in Azi\u00eb, en voegt het een wereldwijde footprint toe aan Hinduja Tech met verbeterde capaciteiten en regionale leveringscentra voor Europese klanten. De overname is in lijn met de strategische doelstelling van Hinduja Tech om wereldwijd marktleider te worden op het gebied van engineeringdiensten voor mobiliteit. TECOSIM’s technologische expertise en sterke marktaanwezigheid in Europa zullen de gecombineerde entiteiten naar verwachting in staat stellen om verbeterde, innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen te leveren, ondersteund door een nearshore leveringsmodel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zowel voor mind venture als eigenaar als voor het management van TECOSIM betekent deze transactie een belangrijke mijlpaal voor de volgende fase van winstgevende groei en voor een succesvolle overdracht aan de juiste strategische partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investec trad op als exclusief financieel adviseur van mind venture AG bij de verkoop van TECOSIM Group en bood uitgebreide ondersteuning tijdens het gehele proces. Dit omvatte het defini\u00ebren en uitvoeren van een gestructureerd transactieproces om de beste commerci\u00eble voorwaarden en prijsstelling te realiseren. Het dealteam werkte nauw samen met het management om het businessplan te valideren en benaderde via onze internationale kantoren wereldwijd geselecteerde potenti\u00eble kopers.
