Deze transactie cre\u00ebert een win-win voor beide organisaties. Aan de ene kant krijgt DBS de steun van het PDS-platform voor het bevorderen van haar groeiambities, aan de andere kant krijgt PDS verdere toegang tot toonaangevende retailers en merken waardoor het verder kan doordringen in de mode- en woningcategorie\u00ebn op de Indiase markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Over PDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDS biedt design led sourcing, productie en distributie voor grote merken en retailers wereldwijd. Het bedrijf heeft meer dan 50 kantoren in 22 landen en rapporteerde een geconsolideerde omzet van USD 1.064 miljoen in boekjaar 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DBS Lifestyle is een designbedrijf dat is opgericht door Divya Suri en Bhawnish Suri en zich richt op de categorie\u00ebn mode en woninginrichting. Het bedrijf bezit meer dan 20.000 originele textielontwerpen en -patronen en bedient meer dan 200 mode- en 150 woonklanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;<em>We zijn verheugd om samen te werken met Bhawnish en Divya, die elk hun eigen designcapaciteiten meebrengen.
