Cohort wil dit bereiken met behoud van het hoge groeipotentieel van innovatieve onafhankelijke bedrijven. Het doel van Cohort is om waarde te leveren aan de aandeelhouders via zes operationele dochterondernemingen: Chess, EID, ELAC SONAR, MASS, MCL en SEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec is verheugd te zijn opgetreden als Sole Financial Adviser, Nominated Adviser, Corporate Broker en Bookrunner voor Cohort PLC in verband met de overname van EM Solutions ter waarde van \u00a375 miljoen (AUD$144 miljoen) en de bijbehorende fondsenwerving ter waarde van \u00a341 miljoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a340 miljoen is opgehaald door middel van een overtekende Plaatsing van 4.571.428 nieuwe gewone aandelen. Cohort stelt voor om de netto-opbrengst van de Placing te gebruiken om de contante betaling door de Vennootschap voor de acquisitie van EM Solutions &#8211; een in Australi\u00eb gevestigde ontwikkelaar en producent van high-end SATCOM terminals voor wereldwijde marine- en defensieklanten &#8211; gedeeltelijk te financieren. Er was ook een retail bod van \u00a31 miljoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De overname zal de propositie van de Groep versterken en diversifi\u00ebren met een aanvullend aanbod op het gebied van defensiecommunicatie en tegelijkertijd de groei versnellen in een belangrijke strategische groeiregio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investec is een trotse klant van Cohort sinds de beursintroductie in
