Voorbereiding van marketingdocumenten (teaser en fact book), identificatie en aanpak van geselecteerde strategische kopers, Q&amp;A, onderhandelingen, input voor LOI\/SPA en co\u00f6rdinatie van alle betrokken partijen.<\/p>\n<p>Investec stond gedurende dit hele proces aan de kant van de klant. We waren in staat om de juiste koper te identificeren en te motiveren en deze koper in het proces te houden. Investec heeft de ZAGRO Groep en haar dochteronderneming Zweiweg het synergiepotentieel van een overname van &#8220;HUBMEISTER&#8221; kunnen laten zien.<\/p>\n<h2>Over de verkoop van Hubmeister<\/h2>\n<p>Blumenbecker Technik GmbH heeft besloten de afdeling &#8220;HUBMEISTER&#8221;, die zich bezighoudt met de bouw van hoogwerkers die niet tot de kernactiviteiten behoren, stop te zetten. HUBMEISTER biedt een breed scala aan hoogwerkers en heeft sterke relaties met vooral gemeentelijke\/publieke klanten. Het transactieobject omvat alle merken en intellectuele eigendom van de HUBMEISTER-bedrijfsafdeling in Bad Lauchst\u00e4dt\/Duitsland (asset deal) en de Italiaanse dochteronderneming BT Italia Srl (share deal). Het merk HUBMEISTER van de onderneming, de intellectuele eigendom en de Italiaanse dochteronderneming werden verkocht aan de in Duitsland gevestigde fabrikant van wegvoertuigen Zweiweg Verwaltung GmbH, die deel uitmaakt van de ZAGRO-groep.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur bij de verkoop door Blumenbecker Investec begeleidde de M&amp;A-processen vanaf het begin.
