Hiervoor hebben wij een aantal zaken gedaan: het voorbereiden van marketing materiaal, het selecteren van relevante mogelijke strategische kopers alsmede mogelijke private equity partijen, het runnen van een concurrerend verkoop proces, het managen van het due diligence proces en het uitonderhandelen van de uiteindelijke documentatie.<\/p>\n<h2>Over de verkoop van Intercity aan Within Reach<\/h2>\n<p>Intercity Nederland is in 1994 opgericht en actief als aanbieder van mobiele telefonie voor de zakelijke markt met een nadrukkelijke focus op het MKB.\u00a0Door de overname van Intercity Nederland komt de totale jaaromzet van Within Reach, moederbedrijf van Voiceworks, Xenosite, Summa Networks en Summa uit op 73 miljoen euro.
