De merkenportefeuille van Hamonoya omvat GEFU, Microplane, L\u00e9ku\u00e9 en Kochblume. Na de bouw van Hamonoya van nul, een zeer succesvol bedrijf, wilden de verkopers een andere weg inslaan. Het nieuwe management heeft samen met externe investeerders de transactie gefinancierd.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze rol als M&amp;A adviseur<\/h2>\n<p>Investec adviseerde de aandeelhouders van Hamonoya bij de transactie.
