Familieaandeelhouders en financi\u00eble partners voor de lange termijn, waaronder historische investeerders onder leiding van Temasek, hebben hun investering vernieuwd en daarmee hun vertrouwen getoond in het vermogen van de Groep om haar duurzame groei voort te zetten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het management van Ceva Sant\u00e9 Animale, onder leiding van Dr. Marc Prikazsky, heeft zijn belang versterkt en de meerderheid van de stemrechten behouden, waarmee het zijn streven om onafhankelijk te blijven bevestigt. Het wordt ondersteund door een kerngroep van langetermijninvesteerders zoals de families M\u00e9rieux en Bettencourt-Meyers en Sofiprot\u00e9ol, wat zorgt voor een stabiele aandeelhoudersbasis die zich inzet voor de ontwikkeling van de Groep en innovatie in diergezondheid ondersteunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sofiprot\u00e9ol ondersteunt Ceva al sinds 2014 en heeft haar engagement om het langetermijnproject van Ceva te ondersteunen als minderheidsinvesteerder vernieuwd. Sofiprot\u00e9ol blijft bijdragen aan de stabiliteit van het aandeelhouderschap van de Groep en blijft de ontwikkeling van de Groep ondersteunen met innovatieve gezondheidsoplossingen en preventieve geneeskunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Over Ceva Sant\u00e9 Animale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met 7.000 werknemers en \u20ac1,8 miljard omzet is Ceva Sant\u00e9 Animale wereldwijd marktleider in diergezondheid, met name op het gebied van vaccinatie.
