Onze rol bij de financiering voor Tinibu<\/h2>\n

Investec ontwierp een dealstructuur die de oprichters in staat stelde het aandeel van GIMV te verwerven met een laag bedrag aan nieuw kapitaal en een relevant schuldbedrag.<\/p>\n

Op basis van onze goede kennis van lokale banken en private banken konden we in zeer korte tijd (4 weken) een oplossing bouwen met zeer goede voorwaarden (zeer lage tarieven voor een dergelijke transactie, geen convenant, geen garantie), wat belangrijk was om de deal op tijd af te ronden.<\/p>\n
