The transaction was recognized as being the most complex, creative and international deal of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of the majority of Wok to Walk franchise\u2019s shares by the Japanese listed Toridoll. Corporation was recognized to be \u2018Best Deal of the Year 2015\u2019 by the Dutch Corporate Finance Association. The jury, chaired by Peter Paul de Vries, Managing Partner of Value8 and member of Amsterdam-based Euronext supervisory board, was unanimous in their decision.
