Ariane Guillaume is an Associate at Investec’s Paris office.

She joined our Paris team in July 2025, and she’s involved in all types of transaction (sales, acquisitions, LBOs, Debt Advisory).

Ariane gained extensive M&A experience at Clearwater for several years and worked for the food group Gyma and its holding company Liberfy. She also worked at Rothschild & Co Transaction R.

She graduated of a double Master’s degree in Financial Economics and a MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School (2021).

Ariane is fluent in French and English.
